Overview
TopoLogic’s core activity will be research on new topological substances, which is achieved through collaborative research and development of product modules for practical use, and supply of the developed modules through licensing and manufacturing. Currently, 2 main product lines are core targets for implementation.
1. Heat flux sensor, chemical sensor, and thermoelectric devices (using anomalous Nernst effects)
2. High speed high density MRAM (using anomalous Hall effects)
Background
The leading researcher in the field of topological material experimental physics, and science advisor for TopoLogic, Prof. Nakatsuji of The University of Tokyo founded the company as a means to establish industrial usage of topological material
Feature
Topological material express quantum characteristics which are unique to this category of materials. This enables game-changing sensing, memory and many other types of devices which were impossible to achieve with previously known materials.
